At Advantage Tennis Clubs we offer a wide array of services, programs and lessons for adults interested in tennis competition. Our adult tennis program is designed to make sure you have someone to compete against at your convenience.

Adult Tennis Game Arranging

Having difficulty finding other adults on your level to compete with? Is your schedule is too packed to find someone to play during your down time?

With the adult tennis game arranging programs at Advantage Tennis we find games for all our members. Whether you are looking for a singles game on a weekday afternoon or want to play doubles on a Sunday morning, we can help. We’ll get someone at approximately your level, who wants to play when you do. Who could beat that!

Adult Tennis Programs

In keeping with all of our clubs’ friendly atmosphere, our Tennis Programs, Clinics, and Group Lessons are open to members and nonmembers. Racquets are available to rent, too. Our commitment to quality teaching means we limit the number of players on the court so that instruction can focus on honing students’ individual skills. Reservations are required. And every program is organized and taught by our highly experienced staff of tennis professionals.

Private Lessons

Taught by top level pros
Available for students of all age groups and levels

Group Lessons

• Weekly sessions arranged by players’ skill level
• Geared towards preparing for match play — social or competitive
• Focus on doubles strategy, communication and technique
• Fast-paced drills and live points help create a fun atmosphere
• 4-6 people per court

Beginner

• Focus on fundamentals – basic elements of forehand, backhand, serve, overhead, and volley
• Fun games and drills
• 6:1 student to teacher ratio

2.5+ Drill & Play

• Recommended for advanced beginners or low intermediate players
• Up to 6 people on a court
• Fast-paced drills and games prepare students for social or competitive match play

3.0+ Drill & Play

• Designed for intermediate and advanced intermediate (3.0-3.5) players
• A good workout focused on doubles skills, strategy, and technique
• Each class includes at least one hour of instruction with match play for the remainder
• Maximum of six students per class

4.0+ Drill & Play

• Targeted to advanced intermediate and advanced players (strong 3.5 – 4.0)
• Challenging and fast moving
• A great workout with a focus on doubles court coverage, advanced strategy, and placement
• 6:1 student to teacher ratio

Cardio Tennis

• Appropriate for all skill levels
• Burns lots of calories, you hit lots of balls
• Tons of fun

Match Play**

• For players NTRP 3.5 and above who serve consistently
• Early bird
• Doubles mixer & Saturday night mixer
• Ladies’ doubles round robin
• Advanced singles league

USTA Tournaments

Come test your skills! We are dedicated to your growth as a player. So we strongly suggest that all Adult Program players participate in USTA events on a regular basis to test their skills and reassess their overall growth. Each year we host several USTA single elimination tournaments including Men’s/Women’s Opens, NTRP’s and Prize Money tournaments. All tournaments are single elimination format and matches are played on weekends only.

*Nonmembers participate in Tennis Programs, Clinics, and Group Lessons at nonmember rates. Nonmembers may reserve court time three times a year during a membership year and will pay court fees and a guest fee per person.

**Cancellation Policy. All Match Play Adult Programs adhere to our 24 hour late cancellation policy. We reserve the right to charge any participant the program price for canceling within the 24 hour period, or not showing. So if you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance!
