Mike is a native New Yorker (Brooklyn!) and was an avid baseball player and coach through his youth and early years out of college. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from St. John’s University.

He brings to RIRC his extensive experience in event management and working with athletic directors, league commissioners and high school, college, and semi-pro sports teams. He also ran the Open Pickleball Program at Aviator Sports and Events Center and created their first ever Pickleball tournament.  Mike joined the RIRC staff in 2021.
