REMINDER: F/M Train Switch
Coming to Roosevelt Island December 8
Beginning December 8, 2025, F and M trains will permanently swap routes between Manhattan and Queens on weekdays from approximately 6 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. This means that M trains will soon be making stops on Roosevelt Island during the weekday, while the F train will continue to serve the island on weekends and during late nights.
In addition, the MTA has set-up a website to help subway riders prepare for this change, which you can visit anytime at the link here: F and M trains will swap routes.
Please allow yourself extra time to travel to the Roosevelt Island Racquet Club during this transition period.
