Now in its nineteenth year of operation, Roosevelt Island Racquet Club (“RIRC”) is conveniently located on beautiful Roosevelt Island, NYC’s oasis in the East River. The club features 12 Lee green clay courts under translucent bubbles with shadowless non-glare lighting, heated and air-conditioned for comfortable year-round play. RIRC has an exercise room featuring a selection of cardio equipment and free weights to accommodate almost any workout. The club also features a completely stocked pro shop, locker room facilities, two social lounges, Riverview Lounge and Snack Bar, and free parking. Members also have use of an indoor swimming pool and fitness center next door in the Sports Park, all located in the beautiful setting of Roosevelt Island.

Founded in 1886, New York Tennis Club is the oldest active tennis club in New York. Throughout the years it has maintained a reputation for its relaxed atmosphere, the congeniality of its members and its professional programs. Convenient to Manhattan, Queens and lower Westchester, the NYTC is recognized as one of the metro areas best tennis club values. For the indoor season, the club has two climate controlled bubbles with shadowless non-glare lighting. We offer adult recreational and competitive programs for all playing levels, including leagues, a comprehensive game arranging program, private and group instruction, cardio tennis classes, and much more The junior tennis program at NYTC offers QuickStart classes for ages 4-9, year round after-school and weekend classes, summer and holiday camp programs, and tournament training for advanced junior players.
